Overview

Welcome to Sky Fieldhouse. By booking or using the property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained experience for all guests.

Booking & Payments

  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
  • Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book the property.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
  • Access instructions, including entry details and Wi-Fi information, will be sent approximately 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ days before arrival: Full refund
  • 2-6 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required.
  • The deposit will be returned within a reasonable timeframe after departure, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur.

Occupancy & Use of Property

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
  • The property is intended for private use by the booking party only unless otherwise approved.
  • Events, parties, or large gatherings must be pre-approved.

Property Rules

To keep the place in good shape and avoid headaches:

  • No smoking inside the property
  • No illegal activities
  • Respect quiet hours (typically after 10:00 PM)
  • Do not move furniture or equipment without permission
  • Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times

Use of Indoor Field & Amenities

The indoor multi-sport field and all amenities are used at your own risk.

  • Proper footwear and safe play are expected
  • No destructive or reckless behavior
  • Equipment must be used responsibly
  • Guests assume all liability for injuries resulting from use of the facilities

Damage & Cleaning

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
  • Excessive cleaning, trash, or misuse of the property may result in additional fees
  • Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition

Liability Waiver

Sky Fieldhouse and its owners are not responsible for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Interruptions to utilities beyond reasonable control

Use of the property and all amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny or cancel bookings that violate these terms
  • Remove guests from the property without refund for violations or unsafe behavior

Communications

Guests will receive important information via email prior to arrival.

For urgent matters during your stay, a contact number will be provided.

Agreement

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
